Sit quietly watches for the small steps neighbors take as they practice new skills, strengthen abilities, and grow qualities they may not yet notice. He shares those observations with Keeper, so each new sign of progress can become part of that neighbor’s personal Resource Book and be remembered later.

Loves: quiet observation, small changes, progress, thoughtful conversations, nature, and noticing what others may miss.

Feels Most Like Himself When: he sees someone take a new step and recognizes the strength that is beginning to grow.

Responsibility: Observes changes across the Neighborhood, notices signs of growth or concern, and sends alerts when something needs attention. He also shares important observations about each neighbor’s progress with Keeper
